The exercise videos are designed as a way for YSU students to become more physically active while being in the comfort of their own home or residence hall. The videos will feature a different exercise each week targeting various muscle groups and levels of intensity. All exercises featured in the videos can be explained in more depth by the staff at Andrews Student Recreation & Wellness Center.
