We invite you to partner with the Office of Career Services to fill your recruiting and employment needs. By using our online management database, Penguinlink , you will be able to post job openings, internship opportunities and review resumes. We also offer a variety of ways to reach our talented YSU students such as our Career Fairs, on-campus interviewing, information sessions, information tables and guest speaker opportunities.
Job Postings - Visit Penguinlink to post your professional and student opportunities as well as internships, at no cost. Once you have completed your posting, the position announcement is viewable to our students and alumni immediately.
Web Resume Access - By registering with PenguinLINK, you will have the ability to search the resumes of our talented students and alumni. You may request resume books targeting a specific major.
Career Fairs - Increase your organization’s visibility and engage in face-to-face contact with YSU students and graduates. Our office sponsors two Career Fairs throughout the academic year in addition to collaborating with academic departments and regional universities on collective recruiting events.
On-Campus Interviews - Visit on-campus to conduct interviews for full-time professional and internship opportunities using our interviewing rooms. On-campus interviewing is available year-round. Once you have selected a date, we will actively promote your campus visit.
Information Sessions - Host an information session on campus to promote your organization or upcoming recruiting date. Our staff will make the arrangements and will promote these sessions to the appropriate candidates.
Information Table - Schedule an information table in high traffic areas to increase your organization’s visibility, distribute recruiting literature and informally meet potential candidates.
Guest Speaker - Connect with potential candidates and promote your organization by volunteering as a guest speaker for workshops or academic classes.
