Housing & Residence Life provides students with actives throughout the year that give them opportunities to be involved in campus life, socialize, have fun, and learn something new. We know it is important for students to be involved in opportunities outside of the classroom to relieve the stress of fast-paced academic life. Resident Assistants plan programs that include everything from community service events to study skills and time management events to Super Bowl parties.
In addition, the Office of Housing & Residence Life, working collaboratively with other offices on campus, spearheads activities (social & educational) that allow students to engage in the larger YSU community. Activities such as Alcohol Awareness Week, Family Day, Black Heritage Festival, and L’il Sibs Weekend are just a few examples of the programs put on by the Residence Education department in the Office of Housing & Residence Life.
To see the upcoming programs and events look at our Calendar of Events or follow our Residence Education Department on Facebook.
