LawRoom is a learning management system (LMS) offering each employee a unique account with email reminders mailed on a bi-weekly basis. Mandatory Courses for Employees (LawRoom)
Checkpoint: Data Security & Privacy (EDU)
The course instills in employees a sense of responsibility, teaches them to recognize potential attacks and risky behaviors, and shows them how to respond mindfully to cyber attacks. Along the way, employees have the opportunity to apply what they've learned in a variety of realistic scenarios. Specific topics include phishing, pharming, social engineering, secure wireless connections, creating strong passwords, encryption, safe browsing, and watering hole attacks.

Intersections: Preventing Discrimination & Harassment
Protecting Employees engages employees and raises their awareness about harassment and discrimination by explaining the law, as well as how to recognize harassment and discrimination, and report misconduct to the appropriate person. It provides them with practical tips on helping maintain a safe, inclusive environment for work, including safe and positive options for bystander intervention, advice on using inclusive language in the workplace, and information on micro-aggressions. Workplace Violence Prevention (EDU)
This course covers employees' roles in creating a safe workplace, the warning signs that identify potential assailants, and how employees can reduce the risk of injury during violent situations. Supervisory module discussed below.

Duty to Prevent Violence (EDU)
This course gives supervisors the skills to recognize the threat of violence and minimize injuries in the event of a violent incident. Covering techniques to reduce conflict and stress, practical methods to defuse violent situations, and promoting a safe workplace, this course may help prevent injuries and reduce the likelihood of claims.
Audience: Supervisors Duration: 30 minutes
EDU: Supervisor Anti-Harassment
This course trains managers to identify, avoid, and eliminate workplace harassment and discrimination. Besides providing an overview of the laws prohibiting harassment and other forms of discrimination, this course will help managers recognize a potential "hostile work environment" and stop inappropriate behavior before trouble arises. It also covers how to avoid being a victim of harassment or being wrongly accused of harassment.

Diversity: Inclusion in the Modern Workplace
This course is designed to help employees examine identity, power, privilege and communication strategies to promote inclusivity and respect in the workplace.

Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Misconduct
This course shares best practices for preventing sexual misconduct and responding properly when allegations are made. Associated with Minors on Campus Policy.
