Welcome to YSU's Self Service Portal!
The Self Service Portal will allow you to submit new service requests, view any open or pending service requests (Incidents), as well as the Work Order associated with that request. You will be able to view the department the work order is assigned to, the technician handling your request, as well as date/time information (when it was assigned, closed, transferred to another department).
Please note: You cannot view service requests submitted by other users. If you had someone else submit a service request for you (secretary, assistant, etc) you will need to have them check the status of the work order. Alternatively, you can call the Tech Desk at x1595 with the Service Request number or the name of the user that submitted the request.
