How to Gain Access to the Office of the Registrar Forms:
The Office of the Registrar is no longer publicly displaying our internal procedural forms. We are currently working with the University web team to establish a PenguinPortal channel for faculty and staff to access this type of documentation. In the meantime, if you are looking for the following forms, please email TBA or Meg (email@example.com): Administrative Change Request Form, Class Schedule Change Form, Conference Course Form, Enroll in Graduate Course Form, Full-Time Equivalent Form and Over 20 Hours Form.
Academic departments should go to our Course Scheduling section to learn why and how to make course changes.
All University faculty and staff are considered school officials and have a legal responsibility under FERPA to protect the confidentiality of student educational records. Go to our FERPA for Faculty & Staff section to learn more about your role.
All faculty are required to provide the date a student “unofficially withdrew” or stopped attending class when submitting final grades. Go to our NAF Guidelines section to learn about this process and your submission requirements.
Wait Listing is a new feature in the PenguinPortal registration system that allows a student to “wait in line” for courses that have reached capacity/closed. Wait Listing is only available during the Fall and Spring semesters. Go to our Wait Listing for Faculty section to learn about your role in this registration process.
