Penguin Productions Student Programming Board
Position Title: Programming Board Member
Length of Position: Fall 2016-Spring 2017
Hours: 5 hours per week (additional hours will be required leading up to events and on the days of events)
Must be a current YSU student in good academic standing
This is an unpaid volunteer position
Assist collaboratively in the development, implementation, evaluation, and assessment of campus-wide events including: Fall Fire Fest, FEDERAL FRENZY, Concert Series, and Penguin Nights.
Attend weekly Penguin Productions meetings every Wednesday from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Attend weekly Penguin Productions team meetings (Talent, Marketing, Hospitality, Outreach, Operations, or Business).
Read and respond to weekly Penguin Productions emails and discussions.
Actively assist in the event organization, logistics, staffing, volunteer recruitment, supervision, sponsorship, marketing, promotion, and evaluation.

Applicants invited to interview will be asked to provide a resume and cover letter at the time of their interview. Interviews will begin on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 and continue through Thursday, December 15, 2016.
