Fields that are marked * are required to complete the submission. The deadline for event submissions is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019. Please double check your submissions to ensure accurate contact information, spelling and grammar. In order to meet marketing material deadlines, no late submissions will be accepted.
Your department or organization is responsible for submitting a reservation request to the appropriate campus reservationist for the location of all programs. Reservations must be confirmed prior to submission of program proposals.
