Make-Up Exam, Proctoring Assistance and Data Requests
Individual Make-Ups
As in the past, we are still offering proctoring for individual student makeup quizzes or exams. However, to maintain social distancing protocols and protect the integrity of your assessments, we have changed our process.
- First, you must use this link to book your make-up exam. Make-Up Exam/Test Request
- Once you have booked your exam you will get a confirmation email, with a link to submit your assessment digitally. We are asking that all assessments be submitted digitally to limit the risk of contamination.
You will receive a reminder the day before the make-up is scheduled. Please make sure to tell your students to bring their YSU ID or another form of photo ID.
Assistance with Class Proctoring
This semester we will also be helping with proctoring assessments for classes that exceed capacity. As it is necessary to find both a room and a responsible proctor, we require the following:
- We must have 7 days' notice!
